Taiwanese make great strides moving forward. Taiwan is
competing with the rest of the world with her hands and legs
tied by KMT, yet she has done so well under such adverse
circumstances. All Taiwanese must be proud.

軍隊國家化。民進黨執政後,推動軍隊國家化,修正國防二法,確立軍政軍令一元化、文人領軍以及「全民國防」的現代化國防體制,要求軍人不得擔任政黨提供之職務,也不得迫使軍人加入政黨,更不能在軍中建立政黨組織,國軍官兵於服勤時間外也不得參與政黨活動等,徹底貫徹團軍中立及效忠國家的立場。
